We are always looking for a few more interesting characters for our story.

In the past, traditional media dominated the consumer landscape. Advertisers spread their messages via print ads, outdoor, television and radio. These messages were one-way announcements designed on traditional communication models. Businesses shouted their advantages to the masses, and hoped their messages could be remembered and recalled.

Today, advertisers no longer have unlimited budgets to saturate markets in the hopes of reaching consumers. And consumers have grown increasingly resistant to typical corporate messages and announcements. To adjust to the changes in corporate communication and meet the growing demands of retailers, Russell Davis and Kevin Bové created interactcomm—a multi-faceted marketing agency designed to improve communication between the brand and consumers.
